These Terms & Conditions apply when you use lovelinessstudio.com or purchase products, workshops or services from Loveliness Studio.
Products and handmade variations
Our products are handmade in small batches. Minor variations in colour, shape, placement and finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults. We make every effort to display products accurately, but colours may vary between screens.
Orders and payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable or if additional information is required.
Shipping
Orders are sent with tracking using the shipping method shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the postal carrier and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. If a parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation.
Workshops and digital content
Workshop bookings are subject to the cancellation terms shown on the relevant workshop page. Digital tutorials and downloadable content are for personal use only and must not be copied, shared or resold.
Intellectual property
All product designs, photographs, illustrations, written content and branding on this website belong to Loveliness Studio unless otherwise stated. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Returns and consumer rights
Returns are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
