• Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
• Sterling silver naturally develops a patina and may tarnish over time. This is completely normal and can be gently polished with a silver polishing cloth.
• When not being worn, store your jewellery in its pouch or in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
• Handle delicate details, chains and clasps with care.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Made-to-order or pre-order pieces may require additional time, which will be noted in the individual product description.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Janne Whimsy piece. As each piece is carefully prepared in small quantities, please choose thoughtfully before placing your order.

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unworn, unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging is included.
• You contact us before returning your order.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Customised, personalised, made-to-order and final sale items are also not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help.

If you already own a ring that fits well, measure its inside diameter at the widest point.

As sizing conversions may vary slightly, we recommend using measurements in millimetres whenever possible.

For wider ring designs, you may prefer a slightly larger size for a comfortable fit.
