• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start.

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late after the session begins, we may not be able to let you in, as it may disrupt the experience for others. Your booking will be forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

• This workshop is recommended for ages 12 and up. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

• All materials are provided, but please wear clothes you’re comfortable crafting in, as we’ll be working with glue and decoden cream.

• Outside food and drinks are welcome, but please be mindful and tidy. Light snacks and tea will also be provided.

• You’re welcome to take photos of your work! We may also take photos or videos during the workshop for promotional use. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be included.

• This is a relaxed, beginner-friendly experience, but due to time limits, some participants may need to complete small details at home — we’ll provide the materials if needed.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 3–6 days before the workshop are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop, or for no-shows.

• Your spot is transferable — if you can’t attend, you’re welcome to send a friend in your place. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• In the rare case that the event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by us, a full refund will be issued.
