RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Janne Whimsy piece. As each piece is carefully prepared in small quantities, please choose thoughtfully before placing your order.

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unworn, unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging is included.
• You contact us before returning your order.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Customised, personalised, made-to-order and final sale items are also not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help.
